A high-performance, semi-synthetic, soluble metalworking fluid incorporating extreme pressure additives to deliver exceptional conventional and boundary lubrication at the tool–chip interface. Formulated to enhance machining efficiency, improve surface finish, and reduce operating costs, it provides excellent stability and bio-resistance, extending fluid life and minimising machine downtime. The formulation is free from formaldehyde, boron, chlorine and nitrites, ensuring a safer working environment and simplified waste management. With high lubricity for machining harder metals and low foam under recommended water conditions, it promotes improved machine cleanliness, protects tools and components from corrosion, and resists bacterial and fungal contamination. Suitable for a wide range of materials, including cast iron, steel alloys, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, yellow metals, tungsten carbide, nickel alloys and titanium. With long sump life, clean-running characteristics, and consistent performance, it delivers reliable results across demanding machining applications.
