IB Series Needle Valves are precision instrumentation valves designed for accurate control and regulation of fluid or gas flow in high-pressure systems. Manufactured from high-quality materials such as 316 stainless steel, duplex, Monel, and other corrosion-resistant alloys, IB Series valves are designed to operate reliably in corrosive and hazardous environments. Their robust one-piece body construction provides additional strength and safety while ensuring long service life in demanding conditions.
The valves feature a non-rotating vee-tip or ball-tip stem design, which forms a bearing joint with the stem to eliminate rotation between the plug and seat during closure. This design improves sealing performance, reduces wear, and ensures consistent, leak-tight shut-off over time.
