The Welded Liner RJT is a hygienic stainless steel component designed for use in RJT (Ring Joint Type) unions manufactured to BS 4825 Part 5 standards. This liner is welded directly to the process pipe and forms the internal sealing face of the RJT connection, working together with the RJT male, nut, and seal to create a secure and hygienic joint.
Produced from high-quality stainless steel—typically 304 or 316—the welded RJT liner offers excellent corrosion resistance and is finished to hygienic standards for use in clean-process environments. Its smooth internal bore ensures unrestricted product flow and easy cleaning, supporting CIP/SIP processes commonly used in food, dairy, brewery, and beverage systems.
