A street tee is a T-shaped pipe fitting used to connect three pipes, but unlike a standard tee, it features a combination of male and female threads—usually two female-threaded ends and one male-threaded end. This allows one of the connections to attach directly to another threaded fitting without needing an extra nipple, saving space and reducing leak points.
