Product description

PVSC – Swivel Rotating with Pilot Check Valve speed controllers are precision pneumatic flow control fittings designed to regulate airflow and control cylinder speed while incorporating a pilot-operated check valve to prevent unintended backflow. These fittings are ideal for applications requiring smooth actuator movement combined with secure load holding.

The swivel rotating design allows the fitting body to rotate after installation, enabling flexible tube alignment and easier connection in confined or complex assemblies. The integrated pilot check valve permits air to flow in the intended direction while locking the actuator in place when pressure is released or reversed, ensuring enhanced safety and precise positioning. An adjustable needle valve allows fine tuning of airflow for consistent cylinder speed, reduced vibration, and improved operational control.
