OM-20-DC-M
The OM-20-DC-M from OMNI-PRESS is the ideal option for the back of a mobile service van set up. Capable of swaging hoses from 3/16″ to 1-1/4″ (4 wire) and 1-1/2″ (2 wire) it gives a huge coverage range from a mobile hose replacement perspective. The machine itself is only 96kg, this is one of our lightest machines and keeps the weight of the vehicle as low as possible, giving more allowance for hose and fitting stock. As this machine has aa modular design, it helps to keep the weight off the racking and lower in the vehicle by mounting the powerpack to the floor.
The OM-20 comes with 8 complete sets for dies including 16, 19, 22, 26, 30, 34, 40 and 46mm dies allowing a crimp range of 16mm to 52mm as standard. If you need any additional die sets please contact our sales team before making your purchase.
The OM20 is perfect to go alongside the OM-09 hose cutting machine. With a slotted hose cutting blade, this helps to reduce heat and increase blade life expectancy and at only 26kg its weight is minimal, keeping the overall weight of the vehicle as low as possible.
