A high-oil content, general-purpose soluble metalworking fluid developed to enhance machining performance through excellent lubricity, improved surface finish and effective corrosion protection for both machined parts and machine surfaces. The formulation provides outstanding resistance to fungal and bacterial growth, ensuring long-term stability, extended sump life and reduced operating costs. Particularly suitable for machining brass, copper, aluminium alloys, mild and stainless steel in both central systems and individual sumps. Readily miscible with water to form a stable, milky-white emulsion with low odour and excellent corrosion protection. Non-staining to both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, it is suitable for a wide range of machining applications.
