A semi-synthetic, multipurpose metalworking fluid expertly formulated for machining cast iron while remaining compatible with a wide range of metals. This hard-working, low-oil content soluble cutting fluid provides extended service life, excellent corrosion protection and low foaming in varying water conditions. Free from formaldehyde, chlorine and nitrites, it ensures a cleaner, safer working environment. The formulation enhances machine tool cleanliness and surface finish, minimises graphite dust and protects both tools and machined parts from corrosion. Highly resistant to fungal and bacterial contamination, it offers long fluid life, reduced machine downtime and consistent performance across multi-metal machining operations.
