A high-performance, semi-synthetic metalworking fluid formulated to enhance machining efficiency, improve surface finish and reduce operating costs. It delivers outstanding stability and resistance to microbial contamination, maintaining long-term performance and extended sump life. The formulation remains stable even in very hard water, preventing soap or precipitate formation. Free from formaldehyde, chlorine and nitrites, it provides superior corrosion protection for both machine tools and components, resists fungal and bacterial attack and ensures reliable, clean-running performance across multi-metal machining operations. Compatible with a wide range of materials, it is specifically designed for use on demanding aluminium alloys and ferrous metals.
