An advanced medium viscosity neat cutting oil based on biodegradable ester technology. The blend of natural and synthetic esters provides an improved environmental profile that can help to reduce disposal costs. Carefully formulated to deliver excellent cutting performance utilising a chlorine free extreme pressure additive system whilst also being free from mineral oil and heavy metals. The medium viscosity and high-performance lubricity additives help to reduce wear and extend tool life. Careful selection of base oils and additives produces a low mist cutting oil which complies with latest Health and Safety requirements and improves work piece visibility.
