The OM-16 from OMNI-PRESS is perfect for people who find themselves spending a small fortune with hydraulic hose replacement companies. Capable of crimping a huge range from 1/4″ to 1″ 4 wire hose, this machine is extremely versatile and allows you to make your own replacement hoses for the most common sized hoses, saving lots of money in the long run by cutting out the hose replacement companies.

This is our most popular machine by far, it could be the twin speed hand pump that allows the head to close extremely fast, it could be the cut out in the head to accommodate 90° fittings or it could be the fact that the machine is able to handle any hose from 1/4″ to 1″ in 1 wire, 2 wire or 4 wire (and will even do up to 1-1/4″ 1 wire and 2 wire).

The convenient die storage drawer means you will never be looking for the dies again as they’re with the machine at all times ready for crimping different hose sizes.

Overall this hand swaging machine with 6 die sets is great for someone looking to save some money, or for mobile hose technicians as you can’t always access the place you need by vehicle, sometimes it is helpful to take the crimper on side.

This OM-16 hand swaging machine comes with 6 sets of dies as standard: 16, 19, 22, 28, 34 & 40 but additional dies are available outside of this range. If the standard die range doesn’t match your needs, we can change the dies supplied with the machine to better suit you.
