OM-20
The OM-20 bench mounted swaging machine is a great option for a workshop making multiple hoses each day. With a twin return strut design the head is capable of closing in 3 seconds and opening in 3 seconds, allowing quick production of batch hose assemblies. Need quicker performance? We offer an optional foot pedal and timing circuit feature, allowing hands free operation and giving the ability to time when the head retracts, making it more efficient to produce high volume hose orders.
There are two die set options when ordering the OM-20 – either 6 sets or 8 sets, not going to be using the full range up to 1-1/4″? Order 6 die sets and still have the capability of crimping from 1/4″ to 1″ hoses, you can always add the extra die sets in the future should you need them.
This bench mounted swaging machine has the capability of crimping from 3/16″ to 1-1/4″ 4 wire and 1-1/2″ 2 wire.
