OM-20-QC
The OM-20-QC quick change rack swaging machine is a great option for a workshop making multiple hoses each day. With a twin return strut design the head is capable of closing in 3 seconds and opening in 3 seconds, allowing quick production of batch hose assemblies.
The quick change tool and rack is added to the OM-20 to give extra flexibility for changing dies, ideal for businesses with a trade counter and you have to react to customers demands at any given minute, no mess changing dies, simply grab all 8 dies in one cluster and slot them into the machine.
There are two die set options when ordering the OM-20 – either 6 sets or 8 sets, not going to be using the full range up to 1-1/4″? Order 6 die sets and still have the capability of crimping from 1/4″ to 1″ hoses, you can always add the extra die sets in the future should you need them.
