The YB-P16HPZ is perfect for someone who already operates a mobile hose van, giving more options for hoses that may be inaccessible on-site with the vehicle. Simple take the machine out to the inaccessible equipment and make the hose in situe.
Alternatively this machine could serve as a great entry level machine for a small farm or workshop replacing hoses infrequently but looking to save some money on hose replacement call outs.

The YB-P16HPZ swaging machine is able to crimp from 1/4″ to 3/4″ 2 wire hose as standard, additional dies can be supplied to crimp even smaller hoses if needed.
The standard die sets that come with this machine are 14, 16, 19, 23, 27 and 31.

The manually adjusted micrometer makes it easy to quickly set your machine to the relevant setting depending on the type of hose you’re making.
Once you reach the final crimp size the machine an LED will illuminate to indicate the finished crimp.
The LED can also be tested at any point with a simple push button to ensure everything is functioning correctly pre-use.
